Cancellations for a full refund are accepted no later than 60 days before training or travel commences. After this time full refunds will only be issued if the course instructor is unavailable to proceed with the agreed schedule. Cancellations or rescheduling after this time carry a $199 non-refundable deposit for all courses; included in the course fee.
